Sightseeing Diment style in Denmark

This morning we went out to a different forest area and combined some running with some geocaching.

As we walked out the door there on the lawn were some small animals- on closer inspection it was a pair of hedgehogs.  They were huffing away totally oblivious to our presence.  What a great thing to finally see a real hedgehog and to hear the sound it makes (huff huff huff)

On our run we found a beautiful dam with water lilies,  but also some stinging nettles and five geocaches. Running in these forests is like a dream-it is so lush and the paths wind away in front of you so that it is a constant voyage of discovery.

This afternoon we headed out of Copenhagen to a holiday area and the summer cottage that Kirsten and Bo have. It was interesting to see the many different crops, solar arrays, and buildings with the steeply sloping roofs.

Tonight we celebrate the birthday of Andreas (Bo's son)
